Both my parents were in these camps for 5 years and on the verge of death when the American forces arrived in 1945. I would love to be able to get my mothers stories witnessed. She is now 88 and I feel at a loss as where to find here with telling her story. Millions of Ukrainians died in the Holocaust but am not sure they are considered Holocaust survivors? I'm driven to document her courage,intelligence and spirit.
